All representation, in full or in part, by any person whomsoever, without La Normandise’s express consent, is prohibited and shall constitute an act of counterfeiting punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq of the French Intellectual Property Code.

This also applies to databases generated by La Normandise that are featured on the website and protected under the Act of 1 July 1998 transposing EU Directive of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases into the French Intellectual Property Code.

La Normandise, its subsidiaries and partners, and the logos featured on the Site are protected trademarks. All reproduction, in full or in part of these trademarks or logos using content of the Site without La Normandise’s express consent is prohibited under the French Intellectual Property Code.
